Diamond Award
Evaluation Process
All Team Members who receive a Platinum XP award are automatically considered for the Diamond XP award.
Team Members who are eligible for this award have already demonstrated “clearly outstanding” performance and exceed expectations in the nomination categories.
Selection Process
- The Executive Team reviews the nominations for specific examples of “clearly outstanding” performance and exceeding expectations in the three nomination categories.
- There are seven categories of nominees; Receptionist/Exit Clerk/Continuing Care Clerk, Treatment Coordinator/Specialty Coordinator, Dental Assistant/RDA/RDA-EF/Lead Assistant/Specialty Assistant, Hygienist, Associate Dentist/Owner Dentist, Office Manager/MOM/Regional and Support.
- Among the Platinum level awardees, one person will be chosen by the Executive Team as the Diamond XP award winner for each Platinum Category.
Celebration Process
The Diamond Extraordinary Performance award recipients are invited to the next XP event where they will receive their pin and crystal award.
