XP Award of Distinction

The Award of Distinction is the highest level of award and can only be awarded once a year to one person.

All Team Members who receive a Diamond XP award are automatically considered for the Award of Distinction . During the evaluations for the Diamond XP award, the Executive Team will choose one person who consistently went above and beyond all others .

The winner of this award will be announced at the annual XP event . All recipients of the Diamond XP award will be brought onstage at the XP event and the winner will be announced by Steve Thorne .
