Platinum Award

Evaluation Process
All Team Members who receive a Gold XP award are automatically considered for the Platinum XP award.

Team Members who are eligible for this award have already demonstrated “clearly outstanding” performance in the nomination categories by receiving a Gold XP award. The Platinum XP award recognizes the recipients who also “exceed expectations” in the categories within the same year as receiving the Gold XP Award.

Selection Process  

• The Executive Team reviews the nominations for specific examples of “clearly outstanding” performance in the three nomination categories.
• Nominees selected to receive an award require the final approval of the Regional Director, Vice President and President.

 Those Team Members who demonstrate that they “exceed expectations” in the remaining categories are selected to receive the award.

Celebration Process
The Platinum Extraordinary Performance award recipients are invited to the next XP event where they will receive their pin and plaque.
